SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of tri-(2,4-di-tert.-butylphenyl)-phosphite by interaction of 2,4-di-tert.-butylphenol with phosphorus trichloride in aprotic solvent. The following solvents can be used as aprotic ones: aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon or mixture of similar hydrocarbons (for example, n-hexane, toluene, ethylbenzene, benzine). Derivative of 2-mercaptothiazole is used as catalyst being the compound of the general formula (I) where R is 3-tert. -butyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxyphenyl-, 3,5-di- -tert. -butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl- or 3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4- -hydroxyphenyl-group can be used as derivative of 2-mercapto-thiazole. Method ensures to decrease energy consumption of process by 2-fold as compared with that in prototype. EFFECT: decreased energy consumption, increased yield and purity degree of end product. 1 tbl |
