PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent for an adhesive which imparts an antistatic property to a laminate film without incorporating or applying an antistatic agent, an antistatic adhesive and a laminate film. SOLUTION: An antistatic agent for an adhesive is prepared by mixing a quaternary ammonium salt compound having a structure of formula I wherein R1, R2 and R3 each has a carbon atoms of from 1 to 2; and R4 is a 1-2C alkyl group with a linear aliphatic ester having a structure of formula II: R-CO-OX wherein R is a 11-17C linear aliphatic alkyl group. An antistatic adhesive is prepared by adding this mixture composition to an isocyanate adhesive. An antistatic plastic laminate film is laminated using this adhesive.
