摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy extruded material with a high strength by aging treatment, and at the same time, a crushing strength and an excellent energy absorption characteristic. SOLUTION: The electric conductivity of an aging-treated Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy extruded material is enhanced by 1% IACS or larger in comparison with the electric conductivity at a maximum strength available by aging treatment. Preferable composition of Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy consists of, in the case where it is quenched by a water press quenching or a solution quenching treatment, 0.45-1.6% Mg, 0.2-1.6% Si, 0.15-1.0% Cu, 0.005-0.2% Ti, and further, at least one among 0.05-0.5% Cr, 0.05-0.8% Mn, and 0.05-0.3% Zr and the balance Al with inevitable impurities.
