摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filler for a spacer for electrooptical panels, a spacer for laminated glasses and paints capable of preventing light transmission of liquid crystal display panels in a dark state by obtaining novel synthetic high polymer-based fine particles. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin-based fine particles of this invention are obtained by polymerizing a monomer and contains a manganese oxide-based black pigment in the synthetic resin-based fine particles. The fine particles are remarkably excellent in homogeneity of strength, blackness, insulating properties and the like as they contain the manganese oxide-based black pigment having remarkably low electroconductivity as fine particles homogeneously dispersed in the synthetic resin without containing a black pigment such as carbon black, titanium black or the like having a high conductivity and capable of being hardly dispersed as a main pigment.
