摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method controlling a deposition amount of sintered quicklime are provided to reduce a time period required for detection by five time or more and a change ratio of a deposition amount on the basis of statistics theory able to minimize errors of a weight change ratio, thereby achieving stable control and precise detection of the deposition amount for improving the quality of the sintered quicklime and the productivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling a deposition amount of sintered quicklime includes a deposition amount detector(2-1) for inputting a lime weight signal of a load cell(7-1) received from an amplifier(20) after converting to a digital signal by a converter(21) and computing a deposition amount from a deposition amount computing part(37) as sample data of a set number is stored in a sample data storing part(36), and a deposition amount controller(1-1) for computing a deviation value by comparing the deposition amount output from the deposition amount computing part with a target deposition amount by a deposition amount comparing part(39) and outputting a control signal to a motor controller(3-1) or generating a warning message(41-1) by comparing the deviation value with a set upper limit value(H) in a deviation controller part(41).
