COMPOSITION FOR ELECTRONIC REFLECTING PASTE OF CRT SHADOW MASK

PURPOSE: A composition for electronic reflecting paste of a CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) shadow mask is provided to reduce doming occurrence through uniformly spraying the composition on the CRT shadow mask. CONSTITUTION: Electronic reflecting material is mixed with oxidation control material of Fe3O4. Glass row material, solvent, and combiner are added to the mixture to form an electronic reflecting paste composition. A flat mask(20) for a shadow mask is installed on a screen printer to print the paste on a screen mesh(30). The paste is pressed and dried. Thus, the paste is uniformly printed on the flat mask except a beam passing hole(8). A main body is inputted to a blackening furnace to form a blackening film. Thus, oxidation of the shadow mask is prevented while preventing diffused reflection of exposure beam.
