FORMING METHOD FOR OILLESS BEARING OF CAPSTAN MOTOR

PURPOSE: A forming method for an oilless bearing of a capstan motor provides smooth circulation of lubricating oil and easy assembling with a holder, and improves productivity by simple forming of porous part and non-porous part. CONSTITUTION: A body is formed into cylindrical shape with metal power compositions and is sintered to have specific strength. Oil is impregnated into the body. The body laid on a boss(22) is compressed and inserted into a holder(20) by a pressing punch(2), and then a core having a rounded portion on one side of the core and a D-cut portion on the other side is passed through the internal surface of the body to make a porous and a non-porous part on the inside of the body. At this moment, the non-porous part is made easily because an oilless bearing(40) is already settled in the holder and lateral pressure parts are accurately known.
