PURPOSE: A heterogeneous frequency and a phase lock loop module in one is provided to obtain more effective reference frequencies of DCS(digital cellular system) and PCS(personal communication system), and to largely reduce the number of the parts. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous frequency and phase locked loop module in one has a dual voltage control oscillator which generates the heterogeneous reference frequencies corresponding to the voltages produced depending on the selection of a user or system control signal. The dual voltage control oscillator consists of a DCS oscillator(310a), a PCS oscillator(310b), a transmission path switching means, and an amplifier(340). The DCS oscillator generates a specific frequency signal of a low frequency band corresponding to a voltage of the phase lock loop. The PCS oscillator generates a specific frequency signal of a high frequency band corresponding to the voltage of the phase lock loop. The transmission path switching means selectively intercepts any one of the frequency signals of the DCS oscillator and the PCS oscillator using a reversal/non-reversal signal of the control signal produced by the selection of the user or a system control means. The amplifier amplifies and outputs the frequency signal transmitted via the transmission path switching means. In this way, since two voltage control oscillator prepared per the corresponding frequency are integrated to one voltage control oscillator.
