A copy prevention-treating method including steps, wherein an input means acquires an original data row, a data processing means encodes at least part of the acquired original data row, and adds to the original data row decoded data that contain data completely changed in descriptions once copied and that generate, when read into a preset device, a decoder for decoding the original data row encoded in the preset device, and an output means records the encoded and decoded data-added original data row onto a preset recording medium. Since decoded data are completely changed by being copied, the copied decoded data fail to generate a decoder in a preset device even when read into the preset device.
