PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toilet handrail installable on the front side of a western style toilet while maintaining accessibility. SOLUTION: In this toilet handrail, a handrail main body 2 is connected foldably to a leg body 1 arranged on the floor, while a holding means 3 holding the handrail main body 2 raised from the folded condition along the leg body 1 is provided between the leg body 1 and the handrail main body 2.
