PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color illumination device that can realize multiple functions by a simple operation, without increasing cost. SOLUTION: The color illumination device is equipped with a plurality of color light sources 7 for irradiating light of at least two different colors, a control device 15 for controlling the plural color light sources 7, a light mixing means 6A for making an illumination light by mixing the light irradiated from the plural color light sources 7, and a single regulator 5 that is capable of operation for changing the prescribed variable figures. The variable figures determine the color of the illumination light. As the color of the illumination light made by the illumination device can be changed by operating a single regulator rather than plural regulators installed individually on each light source, the desired color can be easily selected and the operation is greatly improved. |
