<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compactly reducing a volume of a waste plastics product with easiness and low cost, without using an expensive inert gas, and without burning even if a sheet type of waste plastics product such as a plastic sheet for packing an ALC(autoclaved light-weight concrete) product, etc. SOLUTION: The waste plastics product is charged in an autoclave, and is softened-compressed by high temperature and high pressure steam, for example steam having a temperature of 70-200 deg.C and a pressure of 0.1013-1.5536 MPa, to be volume-reduced. This method is very effective if the waste plastics sheet for packing the ALC product is volume-reduced by using the autoclave for high temperature and high pressure steam curing of ALC, particularly in ALC producing plant.</p> |
