<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming off of a cam member from a locking position in a ZIF socket for a PGA package. SOLUTION: The cam member 35 rotatably supported in a base housing is passed through an opening part 34 installed in a slide plate 32, and when the cam member 35 is rotated in the specified direction and the outer peripheral edge 40 of the cam member 35 presses the pressing surface 32a of the opening part 34 to slide the slide plate 32, the thickest position M of the cam member 35 passes the contact position 32b of the outer peripheral edge 40 with the pressing surface 32a in the specified direction. Thereby, the cam member 35 is always energized in the specified direction by the kickback force applied to the cam member 35 from a lead pin on the package side, and the coming off of the cam member 35 in the loosening direction (the opposite direction to the specified direction) is prevented.</p> |
