<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reliable liquid crystal display device of a large visual field angle of which process can be shortened. SOLUTION: The method includes a patterning process for forming a island by photo-lithography after layering a gate electrode metal layer, a gate insulator and an a-Si layer, a patterning process for forming drain wires 6 by photo-lithography process after layering an inter layer insulation film 23 and a drain electrode metal layer, a pattering process for forming an organic insulation film contact by photo-lithography process after layering an organic insulation film 21 which is penetrated by the contact so that the source/drain electrode is connected to a specified position, and a pattering process for forming pixel electrodes 10 and common electrodes 11 to be arranged alternately by photo-lithography process after layering a transparent conductive film.</p> |
