PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to achieve improved efficiency and lengthen the useful life of the device by enhancing a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display device comprises a first electrode(7) and a second electrode(1), and a light emitting layer(4') formed between the first electrode and the second electrode layer. The light emitting layer includes a host material, and two or more dopants including a first phosphorescent dopant and a second phosphorescent dopant. Each of the first phosphorescent dopant and the second phosphorescent dopant contains iridium or platinum.
