PURPOSE:To easily and surely load a tube without causing floating, etc., of the tube by elongating the tube to reduce its diameter and inserting the tube into the tube loading device, then restoring the tube. CONSTITUTION:Clamping members 43, 44 of both chucks 4A, 4B are inserted into recessed parts 71 and 72 by lowering a head 2. The tube 30 is inserted between these clamping members 43 and 44. The clamping member 44 is moved near the clamping member 43 to clamp the tube 30 at two points by both clamping members 43, 44. The head 2 is then risen to lift the tube 30. While the state of clamping the tube 30 by the chucks 4A, 4B is maintained, the chuck 4B is moved in a direction parting from the chuck 4A. The tube 30 between both chucks 4A, 4B is elongated and its outside diameter is reduced. The tube 30 between both chucks 4A, 4B is inserted into grooves 141, 151 of holders 14, 15 by moving the head 2. The tube 30 is easily inserted and does not float. |
