摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporal margin when the light-emission time of a light emitting element is accumulated and to make a display device small-sized. <P>SOLUTION: A video correction circuit has a plurality of storage means and also has a cumulative data holding portion which holds cumulative use frequency data of each pixel, an addition portion which adds cumulative use frequency data of each pixel and cumulative use frequency data of each pixel held in the cumulative data holding means and writes the addition result as new cumulative use frequency data to the cumulative data holding means, and a correction portion which corrects video data based upon the cumulative use frequency data stored in the cumulative data holding means and outputs the corrected video data to a display device. Pixels are provided with light-emitting elements of a plurality of colors.
