ELECTROCHEMICAL MEASURING ELECTRODE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ELECTROCHEMICAL BIOSENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode modifying film which does not obstruct the diffusion of a measuring target substance to an electrode, can control the diffusion only of an impurity substance or can separate the measuring potential of the measuring target substance and the measuring potential of the impurity substance and has good adhesion.

SOLUTION: The surface of the main body of an electrochemical measuring electrode 3 is modified by a polymeric thin film 4 manufactured by a high frequency sputtering method using an organic solid material as a target. A composite material, which is prepared by developing a solution of a polymer B having a molecular structure different from that of a solid polymer A on the polymer A to dry the developed solution, is used on the main body of the electrode 3 as a target and a polymer film 4 is formed on the main body of the electrode 3 by high frequency sputtering.
