PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation method and its device capable of unifying the electron beam absorption dose at each part in radiation direction in the case attaining intended purposes such as sterilizing by repeatedly scanning an electron beam for irradiating an object such as foods and drink contains even with objects different in thickness. SOLUTION: By aprlying a dose of radiation to an object by an electron beam reflected from one or a plurality of reflection plates 11 and 12 placed in the vicinity of the object facing in the electron beam irradiation direction, the uniformity of absorbed dose is raised. In this case, the fixing positions of the electron beam reflection plates 11 and 12 desired to be positions where the electron beam can reflect to a specific portion of the object with the least electron beam absorption.
