PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new process for preparing a compound of formula (I), by which the final product can be produced in a pure form in a high yield and in a large scale by the use of one pot procedure with respect to known processes, while avoiding the consumption of time and the necessity of high cost intermediate separation and further avoiding the necessity of dangerous reagents such as phosgene and environmentally injurious reagents such as tin chloride.
