PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system for vehicle and a vehicle therefor, capable of making effective use of regenerative power produced by a high-voltage type auxiliary machine equipped with an electric motor without causing heat generation in a unit. SOLUTION: This power supply system includes a first DC/DC converter 34 which steps down an output power from a high-voltage battery 14 to a predetermined output voltage and supplies electric power to the high-voltage type auxiliary machine 20 with an electric motor, and a second DC/DC converter 36 which steps down regenerative power produced by the electric motor of the high-voltage type auxiliary machine 20 to a predetermined output voltage and supplies electric power to a low-voltage battery 18 as a charging power. The regenerative power produced by the high-voltage type auxiliary machine 20 is controlled by a controller 32 so that power supply may be performed to the low-voltage battery 18 through the second DC/DC converter 36.
