PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic data communication system wherein transmission and reception are synchronized without decreasing the quantity of transmission/reception of cyclic data. SOLUTION: In the cyclic data communication system, an application transmits the cyclic data with a transmission request flag attached thereto to a transmission synchronizing processing means, the transmission request flag being indicative of whether or not immediate transmission of the cyclic data is requested to the transmission synchronizing processing means, and a terminal includes: a timer for restarting time count on the basis of a received reset signal; the transmission synchronizing processing means that collects the cyclic data received before the cyclic data with the transmission request flag for requesting immediate transmission of the cyclic data attached thereto as a group of the data and transmits the group data in first timing counted by the timer; and a reception synchronizing processing means for receiving a group of data transmitted from the other terminals in second timing counted by the timer.
