PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal which can raise the monitoring capability of a detection circuit, by setting the correction value of appropriate temperature according to the change in the RF output level and a frequency and making the temperature characteristics and the frequency characteristics of a detection voltage into equality, without having to depend on the RF output level. SOLUTION: The detection circuit 11 of the RF circuit 1 monitors the output level of a power amplifier 12 used as the last stage of an amplifier circuit. A control circuit 22 reads the correction value, according to the output level informed through an A/D circuit 21 from the detection circuit 11 from a memory circuit 23 and outputs to an AGC amplifier 13 via a D/A circuit 25, and controls the gain of the AGC amplifier 13 so that the output level of the RF signal detected by the detection circuit 11 becomes fixed. A temperature detection circuit 24 monitors the temperature fluctuations by the ambients environmental temperature. The control circuit 22 controls the gain of the AGC amplifier 13, in response to the temperature variations informed from the temperature detection circuit 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
