PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a casing small and improve a manufacturing efficiency of a mobile electronic apparatus, even when a key operation part is arranged on the side face of the casing constituting the mobile electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A mobile electronic apparatus has a circuit substrate 21 and a reinforcing member 23 of nearly a plate-like shape arranged in superposition in a thickness direction of the circuit substrate 21 provided in inside of the casing 2. The mobile electronic apparatus further has a nearly plate like base 35 provided on a peripheral edge of the reinforcing member 23 so as to extend in the thickness direction, and a key operation part 13 fixed to a surface 35a of the base 35 along the thickness direction and exposed on a side face 2e of the casing 2 along the thickness direction.
