PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reproduction data having a data structure such that specified images such as a sexual image and a violence image are skipped during reproduction when necessary, a data storage medium where the reproduction data are recorded, and a reproducing device for the reproduction data having the data structure. SOLUTION: The reproduction data 1 are divided into a plurality of blocks which are stacked in a reproduction time direction. In the reproduction data 1, identifiers for identifying reproduction scenes of the respective blocks are specified by the blocks. An identifier "S&B" represents a scene including sexual image and a violent image. The reproduction data 1 can be reproduced while reproduction data sectioned into some blocks belonging to certain identifiers are skipped as a user of the reproduction data 1 likes. Therefore, only parts including a sexual image and a violence image can be skipped during reproduction by using the reproduction data 1 having the data structure as an embodiment of the present invention.
