PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning device possible to be used for heating and agricultural work and capable of contributing economical effect to society by preventing exhaust pollution. SOLUTION: A vaporizing tray 3 is provided in a lower part inside a furnace of a burning device, and when the waste oil dropped from an oil tank into the vaporizing tray through a conduit 7 is ignited, the rising flame red-heats a medium 1 formed of a plate of alloy raw material, and furthermore, burns unburned material such as unburned carbon so as to completely burn the viscous waste oil.
