<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gap to be produced in the joint between a substrate electrode and a part electrode, and to stably prevent defective joint. <P>SOLUTION: A silicone rubber 151 is placed on the bottom of a recess 142 for attaching piezoelectric actuator. While the piezoelectric actuator is being placed on the silicone rubber, it is put into the recess. Then, a retaining member 146 is put into a recess 147 for attaching a retaining member, and a bolt 150 is tightened until the retaining member hits the bottom of the recess. Thus, when the retaining member is pressed down, the silicone rubber is elastically deformed, and its power of restitution makes a driving electrode 9 on the piezoelectric actuator and an electrode pad 3 of a flexible printed circuit to be in contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
