PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both high performance and safety in data communication between a controller and an input/output device. SOLUTION: This calculation control system is provided with a process input/output device 2 for performing input and output to a process; a controller 1 for performing the arithmetic control of the input/output of a process and a bus 50 between a process input/output device and a controller, wherein the controller and the process input/output device are connected through two data transmitters 3, 4, 5 and 6 whose configurations are the same to the bus. The data transmitters are provided with main/slave switching control circuits 14, 24, and so on for respectively controlling a bus occupancy right; address registers 19, 29 and so on for storing addresses; data registers 15, 25, and so on for storing data; buffers 18, 28, and so on for temporarily storing data; comparators 16, 26 and so on for comparing and collating the data received by the buffers; and gates 17, 27, and so on for transferring data from the buffers to the data registers according to the collation results, wherein the bus forms a single(common) parallel bus.
