PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accessing a storage device through a universal serial bus by which the problem that an access efficiency is degraded is solved in a conventional USB storage device. SOLUTION: A storage device is provided with a flash controller and a flash memory, and the storage device is connected to the USB interface of an electronic device (21), and the electronic device transmits a plurality of read/write commands to the flash controller (22), and the flash controller determines which of a plurality of read/write data included in the read/write command should be temporarily stored in a cache random access memory based on a conversion table in the flash file system, and determines the priority order of the read/write commands (23), and the flash controller executes the read/write commands based on the priority order, and writes the temporary storage data temporarily stored in the cache random access memory in the flash memory (24).
