PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically cleaning the inside of oiler is provided to improve the oiling quality of steel plate, prevent operator's safety accident, and enhance the operating rate of the facility by automatically cleaning the pollution materials such as iron powder stuck on a grid and grid insulator. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a driving part(10) having a driving motor(14) for moving a sliding block(25) having a plurality of cleaning tubes inside up and down in the oiler and screw shafts(20) rotating by the driving motor(14) and a plurality of guide rods(22) that are coupled to each other by means of the sliding block, an air supplying part for supplying the air into the cleaning tubes(30), a cleaning solution supplying part for supplying the cleaning solution into the cleaning tubes(30), and spray nozzles having nozzle members(92) formed along the cleaning tube with predetermined distances for feeding the air and cleaning solution so as to intermittently spray the air and cleaning solution to the grid(312). |
