PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of sliding resistance of a sealing plate on a lower arm, and prevent processing accuracy failure due to insufficient maintenance. SOLUTION: This device comprises a processing bath having an oblong hole on a side face and storing processing liquid, a sealing plate sealing the oblong hole of the processing bath, having a through hole at the oblong hole sealing part and sliding in parallel to the oblong hole relative to the processing bath, a lower arm penetrating the processing bath and the sealing plate perpendicular to the oblong hole and mounting a wire guide for guiding a wire electrode, a saddle fixed to the lower arm and movable in parallel to the oblong hole, two supporting arms fixed on both side faces of the saddle and arranged in contact with the sealing plate via a spring element, and detection means detecting a displacement amount of the spring element.
