PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand-held fireworks relieving a shooter's physical pain in shooting up, that is, a skin burn or the like in flames and sparks covering the body. SOLUTION: The physical pain caused by heat is relieved by using so-called cold light powder (powder mainly composed of nitrate as an oxidizer) instead of conventional black powder (powder composed of a mixture of charcoal and sulfur as combustibles and potassium nitrate as an oxidizer).
