<p>A long life clamp sleeve of a layout device producing a desired clamp force without raising the fluid pressure so much. The clamp sleeve (34a) has a through hole (34a7) and an annular groove (34a1) continuous around the outer circumference and constituting a part of a pressure chamber (34d). The annular groove (34a1) has a pair of inside end faces (34e6, 34e6'), and a groove bottom face (34e0) extending in parallel with the through hole (34a7). First arcuate relaxation faces (34e1, 34e1') are formed between the inside end faces (34e6, 34e6') and the groove bottom face (34e0), and the annular groove (34a1) is provided such that the region where the groove bottom face (34e0) is provided has a deformable thickness (t1). Furthermore, second relaxation faces (34e2, 34e2') having a curvature more relaxed than the first relaxation faces are provided between the groove bottom face (34e0) and at least one of the first relaxation faces (34e1, 34e1').</p> |
