PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to parallelly amplify individual nucleic acid in a mixture of a plurality of nucleic acid specimens. SOLUTION: The nucleic acid analyzing method uses an amplifying means to perform amplification reaction by keeping at least a plurality of template nucleic acids and a solid carrier having one or more kinds of amplifying probes fixed to the surface in a reaction solution composed of a homogeneous solvent without replicating amplification products caused by two or more template nucleic acids per one solid carrier. The method enables the parallel individual amplification of a plurality of mixed nucleic acid specimens to be analyzed. Since the method performs a single nucleic acid on one solid carrier, it facilitates the accumulation of the solid carriers holding the amplification products to improve the analysis through-put of the amplification product.
