PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for blocking the invasion of an insect by which the invasion of the insect can effectively be blocked by diffusing ozone gas. SOLUTION: The system 18 for blocking the invasion of the insect is equipped with an air blower 20 arranged at the edge part of an opening 14 and for blowing air along the opening face, an ozonizer 34 for generating the ozone gas, and a discharging opening 30 formed at the vicinity of a supply opening of the air of the air blower 20, and for discharging the ozone gas generated by the ozonizer. The diffusion layer of the ozone gas is formed over the opened face of the opening 14 by allowing the ozone gas discharged from the discharging opening 30 to join the air blasted from the blower 20, and the invasion of the insect passing the opening 14 is blocked by the repellent effects of the diffusion layer against the insect.
