In order to reserve the freight of a desired ash, it is confirmed whether the identity of an applicant is a legal ash administrator through an electronic certificate or an electronic private certificate online(22). The freight reservation of the ash is performed(23). According to the reserved detailed content(delivery schedule, delivery place, returning schedule, returning place), the cost of transport of is calculated(24).
