An integral dispersive compression type anchor, and a pressure grouting anchoring method using the same are provided to heighten the effect of ground reinforcement by bearing the load acting on the ground evenly with a plurality of fixing agents, and extending a bulb to be larger than a diameter of a perforated hole while grouting in a perforated hole. An integral dispersive compression type anchor, for dispersing the load acting on the ground effectively by connecting a plurality of fixing agents mutually, includes a plurality of fixing agents arranged in a row at regular intervals, a strand(20) connected to the rear side while the front end is coupled with each fixing agent and installed to penetrate fixing agents arranged on the rear side if a fixing agent is arranged on the rear side, a coating hose(21) covering the strand, and a coating pipe(30a) covering the coating hose and coupled to each fixing agent of the front and rear sides.
