A composition for improving the fertilization and fructification of garden crops and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the inferiority rate by promoting the biological activity within a plant body, and to suppress the over-ripening of the fruit. A method for manufacturing a composition for improving the fertilization and fructification of garden crops comprises a step for extracting the active ingredients of herbal medicine from the group consisting of glycyrrhizae radix, astragali Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma and hovenia dulcis by using water or alcohol; a step for hydrolyzing the gelatin to become amino acid; a step for preparing the fermented stevia; and a step for mixing herbal medicine extracts, the hydrolyzed amino acid and the fermented stevia with water. |
