An electric germanium cooker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to heat or cook food without any heating sources by incorporating an electric heating element in a bottom surface of the cooker. An electric germanium cooker(50) has a bottom part(51) in which a Nichrome wire(30) is wired in the zig zag shape, both ends of the Nichrome wire are connected to a consent at a side of the cooker. The bottom part has an embossed top surface.
