FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing of building products. Extrusion device used for manufacturing concrete plates, and namely hollow-core ones, consists of a movable frame with a hopper used for supply of building mixture, a moulding bottom, side moulding elements made in the form of longitudinal flanges located along moulding bottom on both sides, and at least one working member consisting of a rod with a hollow shaft installed thereon so that it can be rotated from drive; hollow shaft is connected with a hollow screw the loose end whereof is connected with hole-forming cores located between longitudinal flanges. At that rod, screw and hole-forming cores are located coaxially, and rod is provided with a drive for periodic back-and-forth movement in axial direction. In addition hole-forming cores are hinged to hollow screw and rigidly attached to the rod the other end of which is equipped with additional drive of periodic back-and-forth movement. Moreover drives of periodic back-and-forth movement of the rod are made based on the fact that the rod movement value is divisible by the value of average pitch of helical line of the screw. ^ EFFECT: increasing density and strength of produced concrete products. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
