FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of simultaneous washing and disinfection of sheep wool during primary processing involves soaking for 30 minutes in warm water containing 1 g of sodium hydrate per 1 l of fluid at 38-40°C and wool flushing in solution of 3 g of soap and 2 g of sodium carbonate per 1 l of water, the solution including additionally electrochemical activated neutral anolyte with 0.6 mg/ml concentration of activated chlorine and catholyte pH - 11 at ratio of 5:1:1 respectively. Wool is flushed in first tank for 5 minutes at solution temperature of 45-48°C, and then in second and third tanks for 5 minutes in each in the same solution at 50-52°C. Invention allows for reduction of bacterium contamination of wool at primary processing by 99.4%, of plant and mineral admixtures by 0.54 and 1.2% respectively, with clean wool output increase by 0.5%. ^ EFFECT: reduced labour, power, material and manufacturing cost and processing time. ^ 2 tbl |
