Raw Echinacea purpurea material is reduced extracted by carbon dioxide at 10-25°C and 4.5-6.5 MPa pressure for 50-110 minutes. Further four-grade counterflow extraction of cake is performed by distilled water at 75-95°C at cake to water ratio of 1:10 to obtain autonomous or combined extracts. 15% alcohol solution of CO2 extract is prepared and further blended with water extract at 1:3 ratio respectively.
