PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite image output device which is used for generating and outputting a composite image by replacing a moving image of a person with other character image, which generates the transformation composite image of other character image with the facial image of an object person attached thereto in accordance with the intention of the object person. SOLUTION: When a series of photographic moving image data G are input, the person images (P, K) included in the photographic image G are extracted and also the person image (K) with a predetermined motion (a gesture) is detected. When the person image (K) with the predetermined motion (the gesture) included in the photographic image G is detected, on the basis of transformation image 14Gu for generating the 3D image of, for example, a lovely girl fighter, the transformation image 14Gu associated with model data of the predetermined motion and stored in a transformation data memory, a composite image GG is generated and output which is obtained by replacing an image part excluding the facial image in the person image (K) of the photographic image G with the transformation image 14Gu having the motion same as the predetermined motion.
