PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite material flow-guiding member unit which has high scratch resistance, can be easily replaced after assembly to a flow-guiding member, and can be produced at low cost, and its production method. SOLUTION: A flow-guiding member unit is used for assembling the flow-guiding member 100 comprising pluralities of vanes 11, an outer platform and an inner platform. The unit comprises an integral body member 1 comprising one vane portion 11, an outer platform portion 12, and an inner platform portion 13, a first elastic member 2a attached to a step 121 of the outer platform portion 12, and a second elastic member 2b attached to a step 131 of the inner platform portion 13. Both surfaces of the vane part are coated by protection member. The body member 1 is formed by thermal compression of sheet-molding compounds S or fiber-reinforced resin pellets, and the first and second elastic members 2a, 2b are made of a thermoplastic elastomer.
