PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation dwelling house having a thermal insulation structure capable of comfortably keeping a temperature in a room without requiring an air conditioning facility such as an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This thermal insulation dwelling house 1 comprises a thermal insulation structure around an external wall 12. The thermal insulation structure comprises an inner heat insulation sheet 25 disposed along the external wall 12, a side board 26 surrounding the outer periphery of the inner heat insulation sheet 25, an outer heat insulation sheet 27 opposed to the inner heat insulation sheet 25 through the side board 26, and a heat insulation material 24 such as cellulose fibers and glass wool disposed in the heat insulation space parts 23 surrounded by the inner heat insulation sheet 25, the side board 26, and the outer heat insulation sheet 27.
