IMAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system and a manufacturing method thereof.

SOLUTION: This image display system includes: a substrate; a first active layer formed on the substrate; a gate insulating layer covering the first active layer; a dielectric layer positioned on the gate insulating layer and having an extending portion; a low-temperature poly-silicon driving circuit and thin film transistor formed on the dielectric layer and including a first gate electrode exposing the extending portion; a storage capacitor formed on the substrate and including an upper electrode and a lower electrode; a contact hole formed in the gate insulating layer and exposing a region where the lower electrode is adjacent to the first active layer; a plurality of conductors formed on the upside of the substrate and electrically connecting the driving electrode and the thin film transistor; and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor.
