PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely execute a promotion performance in a game machine executing the performance during a jackpot game. SOLUTION: The game machine has the following steps: when a first jackpot arises in a win/blank judgement result, a first game state is produced; when a second jackpot arises in the determination result, a second game state more advantageous than the first one is produced; when the first jackpot in the determination result is announced and a specified game starts, the promotion performance is executed suggesting probability of the second jackpot in the judgement result that brings the specified game start opportunity; a promotion determination announcement is executed saying that the second jackpot arises in the determination result in a specified time during the promotion performance. The game machine stores announcement information that exhibits whether the promotion determination announcement is executed or not until a game state change time immediately before an occurrence of the second game state and executes the promotion determination announcement when the announcement information exhibiting non-execution of the promotion announcement is stored at the game state change time.
