PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of being downsized and obtaining favorable appearance. SOLUTION: A shade 10 covers a lamp tool 20 so that favorable appearance can be obtained. Further, since the lamp tool 20 equipped with a light source 24 is covered with the shade 10, the tool is sufficed its function as the lamp tool 20 without taking into account its appearance, whereby, a width as a whole can be made small. Moreover, since a terminal stand 14 is provided between the shade 10 and the lamp tool 20, there is no need of providing a space for housing the terminal stand 14 in a width direction, and the downsizing of the lighting fixture 1 can be achieved at by narrowing the width of the lamp tool 20 and that of the shade 10.
