摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring device, an ultrasonic diagnostic device, an ultrasonic measuring method and the like which improve the resolution of an acquired signal (image) by performing different phasing processing according to whether a signal processing object point is in a plane wave propagation area or a spherical wave propagation area.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measuring device 100 comprises: a transmission processing part 110 which performs processing for transmitting an ultrasonic wave at a given transmission angle; a reception processing part 120 which performs reception processing of an ultrasonic echo of the transmitted ultrasonic wave in first to N-th (N is an integer of 2 or more) ultrasonic transducers; and a processing part 130 which performs processing to the first to N-th reception signals corresponding to the first to N-th ultrasonic transducers. The processing part 130 performs the first phasing processing when the signal processing object point is in the plane wave propagation area, and performs the second phasing processing when the signal processing object point is in the spherical wave propagation area as phasing processing to each reception signal of the first to N-th reception signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
