PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent lighting system in which the whole surface appears to uniformly emit light from a side of a transparent electrode substrate side even if the transparent electrode substrate is provided with an auxiliary electrode or auxiliary wiring.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent lighting system includes: a pair of electrode layers 2, 6 including a light transmitting electrode layer 2 provided on a light transmitting substrate 1; at least one layer of an organic layer 5 held between the pair of electrode layers 2, 6 and including a light-emitting layer; and an auxiliary electrode 3 provided on the light transmitting electrode layer 2 while being in contact with a part of the light transmitting electrode layer 2. In the organic electroluminescent lighting system, the auxiliary electrode 3 is covered with an interlayer insulation coating 4 that contains conductive metal particles having a grain size of 0.1-2 μm and suppresses electrical conduction between the organic layer 5 and the auxiliary electrode 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
